Refunds and cancellations

This is the cancellation and refund rule for paid BISK pottery painting sessions at 45squares Eatery, 10 Wellington Rd, Durbanville. Times are Africa/Johannesburg.

Two days in advance

You may cancel a paid booking, ask for a refund, or ask to move to another date only if we receive that request at least two days (48 hours) before the session start time. There is no administration fee when you cancel in that window.

If we receive the request closer than that, we do not cancel, refund, or reschedule. That includes a change of plans, running late, or missing the session.

How to ask

Write through the contact form, or from the email you used when you paid. We count the 48 hours from when we receive the message, not from when you meant to send it.

If we cancel

If BISK cannot run the session (including unavailability), we refund you in full to the same payment method, or we move you to another date if you prefer. We complete that refund within 30 days.

How a refund is paid

Card refunds go back through PayFast to the same card used to pay. That usually shows within ten business days. We do not refund more than you paid.
